How It Works
Lease us the property for 3 - 5 years
You agree to a company lease with us, typically for 3 to 5 years. During that time, you’ll receive fixed rent each month, no voids, no late payments, no hassle.
We carry out light refurbishment and furnish it
We’ll invest in light improvements where needed, from a fresh coat of paint to modern furniture, ensuring the property is maintained to a high standard.
You receive fixed monthly rent, stress-free
You get paid the agreed amount every month, on time. No more chasing tenants, worrying about damage, or losing sleep over voids.
We take care of the property, and your peace of mind
We handle all ongoing maintenance and regular inspections and keep the property in excellent condition at no cost to you. There are no late-night calls, no stress, and just peace of mind.
